What Are Mitisole Insoles Made Of?

Each insole is built in three layers:

1. Top layer — a soft, moisture-wicking cover with breathable channels, designed to keep feet cooler and drier and to reduce odour.
2. Support layer — a semi-rigid arch shell, firm enough to hold its shape under load but flexible enough to move with your foot.
3. Base layer — shock-absorbing foam over a resilient EVA base.

There is also a deep, U-shaped heel cup to keep the heel seated, and a full-length footbed that spreads pressure from heel to toe.
