Each insole has guide lines printed across the toe area. Ordinary household scissors are all you need.
- Take the existing insole out of your shoe.
- Lay it on top of the Mitisole insole, heel to heel, and line up the centres.
- Mark around the toe end, or use the printed line closest to that outline.
- Cut along the line in one smooth pass. Trim a little at a time — you can always take more off.
- Slide it into the shoe and check the fit before trimming the second one.
Only trim the toe end. Do not cut the heel or the arch area — that is where the support structure sits.
