What Size Should I Choose?

Choose the size band that matches your usual shoe size:

• EU 35–36
• EU 37–38
• EU 39–40
• EU 41–42
• EU 43–44
• EU 45–46

If you fall between two bands, take the larger one. Every pair has trim lines printed on the forefoot, so a slightly larger insole can be cut down to fit — an undersized one cannot be made bigger.
