How Do I Clean My Insoles?

Wipe the top surface with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them air dry fully before putting them back in your shoes.

• Do not dry them on a radiator or in direct sunlight — heat can distort the foam and the arch shell.
• Do not put them in a washing machine or tumble dryer.
• Do not soak them.

The breathable top layer helps keep moisture down between cleans, so an occasional wipe is usually enough.
